Carmichael Outreach, Heritage Residents, and Heritage Community Association

The following agreement was drafted through a series of meetings between Heritage residents, Carmichael Outreach staff and board members, and Heritage Community Association staff between January and July 2017, following Carmichael’s announcement of their intent to relocate to 1510 12th Ave. It is meant to be an evolving document that can be revisited and amended at any time by consensus of all parties.
