The Core Neighbourhood Sustainability Action Plan is the result of a comprehensive neighbourhood planning process undertaken by the City of Regina in close collaboration with the Heritage Community Association (then Core Community Association). The Heritage neighbourhood (formerly called Core) was identified as a community in critical need of a plan that would help to ensure its immediate and long-term sustainability. The final version of the plan was published in May 2008.

Today, the Plan guides much of the Heritage Community Association’s work in the neighbourhood. We encourage all current and prospective residents and business owners to get familiar with the report so that we can all work together toward its realization.
