Carmichael Outreach is a community-based organization that provides residents with preventative measure and harm-reduction services including (but not limited to) emergency food services, a drop-in coffee/hospitality room, a Needle Exchange Program, Children’s Needs (milk, diapers, etc. provided free of charge to parents and children in the community), a Used Clothing and Small Household Item Depot, a Community Garden, Carmichael Kid’s Camp, and other programs and services. An open door policy ensures a non-judgmental environment where all are treated with respect and dignity.

The Salvation Army Regina, Waterston Centre
“The Salvation Army, Waterston Centre exists to provide a safe, comfortable living environment to men that would otherwise be facing regular evictions and homelessness because of their inability to manage a dwelling place, or themselves within a dwelling place.” The House offers supportive independent living apartments for adult males.
