About the Class:
This class will be led in the tradition of classical Hatha Yoga, integrating elements of yoga therapy and postural alignment. Classes will include focus on joint mobility and alignment, making space for deeper self awareness of the body, breath and mind.
Expect some movement that builds heat & maybe a little sweat, balanced by gentle and restorative postures, breathwork and guided meditation. Amber provides multiple modifications and options so individuals can adapt to their own physical abilities, needs and moods. Please practice at your own pace.
