Our annual Harvest Moon Festival was a truly a success and with the wonderful addition of Street Fair! We celebrated the beautiful cultures that make up this great community. We are thankful for all those who came to watch, dance and enjoy cultural delicious foods such as mango bread and borsche.

In the coming years, we look forward to expanding our festival with partnerships in the works. For our first year running a street fair, we are happy with the turnout but look forward to the expansion that will come next year!

Performer Program:

Highlights from the Festival

  • Community Celebration: We welcomed new dance companies such as Prairie Gael School of Irish Dance, and Polonia Polish Folk Dance Ensemble, to Harvest Moon. Angel and Jonathan Whitestar are not new to sharing their Indigenous dance with us, but their children are. We watched Aurora and Michael dance with their hearts and soul alongside their parents and we are grateful to have had them join us.
  • Street Fair: This year we added the element of a street fair. We had wonderful vendors selling their canned goods, produce, handmade jewelry, clay figurines and more. We also welcomed two foods trucks. 3K’s Kitchen shared their filipino cuisine and Truck ‘N’ Delicious sharing carnival style food.

Relive the Moments: Take a stroll down memory lane by exploring the vibrant photo album from the event!

Thank you for being a part of the Harvest Moon Festival. Your presence and support made this event truly special. We look forward to creating more memories with you in the future!
